Description
A premium custom lapidary study hand-shaped and polished by artisan Ben V during our active archival workshop collections. This oval cabochon meticulously isolates two high-luster focal zones of fire-flashing precious opal, securely preserved within a natural volcanic host rock matrix consistent with classic Mexican mineral localities. The cut is contoured specifically to maximize surface light refraction and highlight dynamic internal opalescence.
Because standard still photographs fail to capture the true multi-dimensional nature of precious opal, this specimen is best evaluated via video movement, tracking the fire play against the host matrix.
